Founded in 2014 by Stéphane GUICHARD, the GSI-Corporates "Gold Star Investments" group settles in Guadeloupe, a French Caribbean island.  Oriented mainly in the aviation sector, the "Caraibes aviation" subsidiary was created the same year.
 

In 2015, the "Caribbean Discovery" subsidiary based in Martinique was created for the organization and provision of aeronautical leisure activities.

The GSI-Corporates group becomes external manager of a passenger transport company of the LORET group (shareholder Compagnie CORSAIR), in 2019, based in Guadeloupe,
 

In 2020, Stéphane GUICHARD highlights his skills in commercial and industrial law and creates "Thémis Consulting Office" in Paris. This branch will be very successful very quickly.
 

In the dynamic, "Azur développement", based on the Côte d'Azur, is born for the management of companies and shops but also for aeronautical training.
 

In 2021, the "Eole Communication" subsidiary is born in the New Aquitaine region, with an agency in Bordeaux.  Eole communication offers you services focused on communication & marketing advice. From the creation of your website to the management of your social networks, we support you in the development of your digital activity!
