2) The prices
The published prices are inclusive of tax / person (VAT 2.10 or 8.5) II - Scope and modification of the GTC
The customer and / or beneficiary declares to be of legal age and to have full legal capacity allowing him to engage under these General Conditions of Sale. Otherwise, he must be replaced by his legal representative.
GSI-Corporates reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time depending on the evolution of the services offered or the legislation in force, by publishing a new version in the section of the website provided for this purpose. Each order placed after the publication of the new version of these General Conditions of Sale will be subject to this new version.
II - Booking and payment conditions
1) Reservation and payment
When you book by email, you will be sent a confirmation with the details of your flight.
Payment is made on site by check or cash.
It is possible to make the payment via Paypal or by transfer as part of a gift voucher.
The full payment must be paid in order to validate your reservation and at the latest before the flight
2) Briefing and boarding
Before boarding, the passenger must complete a passenger register which will serve as a boarding card.
For minor passengers, parental authorization will be requested.
We do not accept minors under 7 years old.
A briefing will be given by the pilot to detail the chosen circuit and the safety rules.
III - Delay and cancellation by GSI-Corporates
1) Flight cancellation by GSI-Corporates
GSI-Corporates will be entitled to cancel a flight:
For technical reasons related to the aircraft
For meteorological causes
In the event of a passenger delay of more than 30min (except in special cases)
2) Compensation and reimbursement
No financial compensation will be granted to passengers in the event of cancellation for meteorological reasons, technical incidents, with the exception of the reimbursement of the flight.
IV - Delay and cancellation by the passenger
In general, the passenger will have to present himself without delay to the fixed appointment.
1) Before the flight
In the event of cancellation of the flight by the passenger, no penalty will be retained.
2) Duringlevol
Passengers may interrupt their circuit at any time. Invoicing will be done in proportion to the flight time.
V - General carrier conditions
1) Personal information
The passenger communicates to the company, personal data concerning him during the reservation. This personal information may be subject to computer processing. This information is collected and processed in accordance with the amended law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.
2) Flight regime
The flights are carried out in VFR mode (visual flight, as defined by the regulations of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation).
Flight duration is approximate and may vary depending on weather conditions, air traffic, flight authorizations.
Our aircraft will remain within a radius of 40 km from the departure aerodrome. We are not authorized to transport passengers from airport A to airport B.
3) Refusal and limitations to transport
GSI-Corporates may refuse to transport the passenger and their baggage, if one
or more of the following occurs or is likely to occur:
The Passenger refuses to submit to security checks.
The transport of the passenger could endanger the safety, health,
cleanliness, good order on board the aircraft, in particular if the passenger uses intimidation, behavior or uses language that is abusive and / or insulting towards the personnel.
The physical or mental condition of the passenger, including one caused by the consumption of alcohol or the taking of drugs or medication, could present a danger or even a risk to himself, and to the personnel.
The passenger who benefits from a fare reduction is not able to present the supporting documents required for the allocation of this specific fare and refuses to pay the fare readjustment.
